The Harry Potter author also revealed that two characters will die in the seventh and final Harry Potter book, and that whilst she’s working on the book now, she knows how it will end as she wrote the final chapter in 1990 and it is locked in a safe. Telling the talk show couple how someone told her to kill off Harry so that no one could write sequels, the writer said: "One character has got a reprieve but two characters die who I didn't want to die. But a price has to be paid as we are dealing with major evil." Refusing to answer whether or not Harry would be one of the characters to die, she did say that he may survive but in a way which means he can’t come back. JK joked that she doesn’t want to kill Harry because: “I don’t want the hate mail.”

oh man. just dont kill off more of our good beloved characters.
