My head's filled with thoughts

I thought of something and

I can't believe I just thought of that

and look now,

I'm having a thought conversation to myself

I don't know

Is that weird?

Hm I think it's normal.

Oh gr8 I just thought-talked and reply myself.

Maybe if I go and have an actual conversation with my dog now instead of talking to myself in my head....
